DESCRIPTION:On November 4th\, we are kicking off Native American Heritage Month by participating in Bookelicious’ Virtual Author Event with Sitka-based author\, Michaela Goade\, and will be streaming this event in our Community Room!\n\nMichaela will share with viewers her writing process; how she creates the beautiful art for her picture books\, including her new release\, Moon Song; and the significance of sharing her Tlingit/Haida culture through her books. This event is great for kindergarteners to 2nd graders\, but all are welcome to join!
