Passports

The Skagway Public Library offers access to an Acceptance Agent if you are applying for

a U.S. passport with a DS-11 application form.

You can apply using a DS-11 application form if you:

– have never had a passport before.

– received your first passport when you were under the age of 16.

– your passport has been lost, stolen, or your passport expired over 15 years ago.

You MUST set up an appointment with our acceptance agent if you are submitting a DS-11

application. Walk ins will not be accommodated.

Appointments can be made between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm on Tuesdays through Fridays.

Please read and review our General Passport Checklist prior to your appointment and ensure that all documents are brought with you.

Please note, if you have had a valid passport in the past 15 years and are applying to renew it, you do not need to schedule an appointment.
